How do I ensure I am ordering the correct kilt size?

Kilt sizing is different from trouser sizing. We recommend measuring around your navel for the waist and from the top of your hip bone to the middle of your knee for the length. Please refer to our detailed Size Guide before purchasing.

Can I request a specific clan tartan if it is not listed?

Absolutely. We have access to thousands of tartans from Scotland's leading mills. If you cannot find your family name or specific clan, please contact our customer service team to arrange a custom weave or special order.

What is your return policy for made-to-measure items?

Standard stock items can be returned within 30 days. However, bespoke and made-to-measure items, such as custom kilts and jackets, are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing fault or error on our part.

How should I care for and store my wool kilt?

We recommend professional dry cleaning only for 100% wool kilts. To maintain the pleats, always hang your kilt using a dedicated kilt hanger and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
